These Terms and Conditions  govern the use of the website www.legalical.in (hereinafter referred to as the “Legalical & Legalical Academy”), including all associated features, subdomains, content, functionalities, products, services, media, applications, or solutions offered through the Site, as well as any other digital or physical platforms.

We highly value your decision to enroll in our courses, coaching, or test series. Our primary objective is to ensure an unparalleled learning experience. However, by purchasing any course, test series, or subscription through the LEGALICAL Platform, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Before subscribing to any plan or purchasing a course, you are advised to thoroughly review the Terms and Conditions.
• Once you have subscribed to a plan or completed payment for any online course, coaching, or test series, your decision shall be deemed irrevocable and binding. LEGALICAL does not entertain requests for modifications, alterations, or cancellations post-purchase. All mock test series are strictly non-refundable.
• It is explicitly stated that, once payment has been made, no refund requests shall be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or misalignment with personal expectations.
• Payment Disputes & Unauthorized Transactions – In case of an unauthorized transaction or a payment dispute, the user must notify LEGALICAL within 3 days of the transaction. The claim must be supported by relevant documents, including proof of unauthorized deduction. Refunds, if any, will be issued only after thorough verification, at the sole discretion of LEGALICAL.
• Refund for Duplicate Payments – In cases where a duplicate payment is inadvertently made, a refund may be processed only upon submission of valid proof of the transaction. Users must email the details, along with supporting documents, to legalicalacademy@gmail.com within 3 days of the transaction. Upon verification and approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Strict Adherence to Policy – LEGALICAL maintains a rigid stance on refund policies and does not entertain any requests, grievances, or disputes regarding refunds beyond the conditions explicitly stated above.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of the LEGALICAL Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. It is further clarified that LEGALICAL assumes no liability for non-compliance with laws of any jurisdiction outside India. The mere accessibility of the Platform in other countries does not imply submission to the laws of such foreign jurisdictions.

Amendments to the Refund Policy

LEGALICAL reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to stay informed about any changes by periodically reviewing this page. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
